In the Event of Product Damage

We recommend that you carefully inspect the packaging upon delivery. If you notice any damage—even if it’s only to the outer box—please make a note of it when signing the delivery receipt. Should you be unable to examine the package at the time of delivery but suspect damage, simply mark the receipt with “suspect damage.” If the item does turn out to be damaged, please send photographs to support@curatedbackyard.com, and we will promptly process a replacement or a refund, typically within one business day.
