  1. Return Time Frame
    You have 30 days from the purchase date to return any item. Unfortunately, returns made after this period cannot be accepted.

  2. Shipping Costs for Returns

    • If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

    • If you are returning the item simply because you changed your mind, the shipping cost for the return will be your responsibility.

  3. Defective or Damaged Items
    If you receive a product that is damaged or not functioning correctly, please inform us within 30 days. We will facilitate a free return for defective items. Once we receive and verify the issue, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any original shipping charges.

  4. Change of Mind Returns
    Should you decide the product isn’t right for you, you can return it within 30 days provided it remains unused and is in its original packaging. Please note that you will need to cover the return shipping fees, and your refund will exclude these costs after we inspect the item.

  5. Refund Process
    After we receive and inspect the returned item, you will receive a confirmation email from us. We will then process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Occasionally, banks or credit card companies may take a bit longer to post the refund. If it has been more than 10 business days since our confirmation and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@curatedbackyard.com.
