Damages & Delivery Issues
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you notice any damage or receive an incorrect item, note any discrepancies on the delivery receipt immediately. If the package appears damaged or you suspect damage without the ability to inspect it thoroughly, write “suspect damage” on the receipt. Then, contact us with photos at support@curatedbackyard.com so we can promptly arrange for a replacement or refund.
